Fade & Co The Grooming Lounge

The story

A barbershop with the bar attached.

Fade & Co isn't a chain and isn't pretending to be.

I.

What we believe

Fade & Co is what happens when a barbershop stops trying to be a production line. We built the place we wanted to come to — slow service done well, a bar that takes itself seriously, and a chair you don't want to leave.

Every cut is done by hand, on its own time. No rushing through, no upsells, no music so loud you can't hear yourself think. Just sharp work, good drinks, and the room to enjoy both.

We're a short walk from Elstree & Borehamwood station, with the bar open from the moment we open the doors. Whether you're booked in or just dropping by for a coffee, you're welcome.

A cut is never just a cut.

II.

Our values

The four things we don't compromise on.

I.

Craft

Every cut is hand-finished. No production line, no rushing, no shortcuts.

II.

Time

Appointments are booked with breathing room — yours, and the barber's.

III.

Hospitality

The bar's open and the coffee's on. The chair is just one part of the visit.

IV.

Detail

Hot-towel finish on every shave. Beard combed and tidied. Nothing left half-done.

III.

The team

The barbers you'll be requesting on rebook.

Each one trained on classic and modern technique — fades, scissor cuts, beard work, and the straight razor.
